Regional Quality Managers are responsible for developing, revising and implementing quality standards and policies in the regions. Regional Quality Managers implement systems that facilitate productivity, improve processes and guarantees efficiency.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Employ, and sustain quality standards
- Consult with regional department managers
- Communicate with internal and external regional clients and internal Quality Management
- Investigate systems’ failures and issues
- Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards into practice
Key tasks for the regional project organization area
In general, the customers Project Management is responsible for a suitable setup of quality management within a project. Tasks to be done for a project need to be specified by the project management and assigned to the Regional Quality Manager.

- Support during implementation of new or existing processes related to customer contracts into the used tools
- Systematic error- and deviation analysis including initiation and implementation of corrective measures
- Propose, steer and review preventive actions in the region
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators relevant for quality in the region
- Steering and supervision of external quality auditors according to defined quality plans in the region
- Support of escalation handling of quality issues in the region
- Interface to regional customer representatives and regional customer suppliers
Common tasks
- Implementation and continuous support of a Quality Management System in the region
- Continuous and pro-active performance and quality improvement management in the region
- Bringing together staff of different disciplines into quality workgroups and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures in the region
- Coordinate continual improvements of processes, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed
- Support the selection and evaluation of regional suppliers used by the organization according to quality requirements
Qualifications & experience

- Substantial knowledge in the area of quality management as well as in telecommunication products, systems and services
- Experience in the area of Network Rollout projects and Managed Services contracts
- Hands–on experience in implementation of quality standards and policies as well in performing audits
- Good capabilities in the area of process and project management
- Strong engagement in customer and service business
- Experience from work within customer projects is recommended
- Cooperativeness, act independently, team player, presentation skills, own initiative
- Microsoft Windows, Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- language Skills: German and English (fluent)
